Are there bugs in my office or at home?

So I work at a school and while I was in the classroom helping a student I felt something jump onto my collar bone and begin crawling down my shirt. I didn't want to just put my hand down my shirt with kids looking at me so I turned and from the outside of the shirt pinched whatever it was I felt. I felt a popping and liquid and looked down and saw blood. I immediately panicked and had someone watch my class while I ran to the restroom. I looked and freaked out to see the blood stain on my chest. Immediately I went and grabbed a spare sweater cleaned my chest with antibacterial soap and cleaned the shirt and wrung it out the dry. Looking at that bug it fit every description of a bed bug. Now I'm trying to determine if they are from my office, from the homes of one of the students, or mine. I'm so disgusted right now, and need some guidance.

Grossed out teacher.

You will have to check your home when you get there. It could very well be from a student.

Bed bugs do not jump by the way, fleas do.

Bed bugs cant jump they just crawl so it wasn't this

It could just be a random bug or fly that landed on you
