2 AnswersCooking & Recipes8 years agoAre there bugs in my office or at home?
So I work at a school and while I was in the classroom helping a student I felt something jump onto my collar bone and begin crawling down my shirt. I didn't want to just put my hand down my shirt with kids looking at me so I turned and from the outside of the shirt pinched whatever it was I felt. I felt a popping and liquid and looked down and saw blood. I immediately panicked and had someone watch my class while I ran to the restroom. I looked and freaked out to see the blood stain on my chest. Immediately I went and grabbed a spare sweater cleaned my chest with antibacterial soap and cleaned the shirt and wrung it out the dry. Looking at that bug it fit every description of a bed bug. Now I'm trying to determine if they are from my office, from the homes of one of the students, or mine. I'm so disgusted right now, and need some guidance.

5 AnswersOlympics9 years agoWhat is the best way to clean a house?
I know it sounds like en elementary question, but now that I have about a week off from work I wanted to take the time to do seasonal cleaning. Where is the best place to start? What products should I use? What tools?
The least amount of chemicals the better.
I am also looking to wipe down the ceiling and wash the walls.
My apartment consists of 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 office, 1 bedroom, and 1 walk-in closet.
My other concern is the small space and so many things. I've been preparing by sorting through clothing and items that I will donate and other things to throw away.
It's a nightmare, but I know it will be well worth it once I have tools, strategy, and a method.
I want to get it done so I don't feel so crappy about the space anymore.
Any advice or positive feedback will help.
Thanks,

3 AnswersCleaning & Laundry10 years agoWhy do dogs pee and poop in the places they do?
I have two Chihuahuas one male (3-4 yrs) and another female (7 months). I wanted to believe they were potty trained but I am noticing that when either my boyfriend or I are not looking one likes to pee on new things in the house (the boy). And example of this would be the Christmas gifts which had to be kept covered i plastic under our tree and around the house (the boy). We have a small front yard and that is the place where they are trained to go if playing outside. If one of us goes inside to pick up the phone I notice that instead of going in the grass, they would rather go on the porch. The girl is less likely to do this unless it's hot and she wants to go quickly and go back into the house. the boy however will pee on our porch chairs, decorative statues. I'm getting sick of cleaning the porch every day. This only happens when one of us isn't around. Why is this? What can we do better? I'm sick of my boyfriend making excuses for the dogs. I'm convinced there is something we are doing wrong or we are missing in our training.
Sorry if my question does not seem clear I'm very sleep deprived.

I have a friend who is researching burial options for his mother who is slowly passing away. Her wish is to be buried with her husband. Problem is he is buried on an army base. Is it possible? I don't even know where to ask or start looking. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to donate some dresses to girls whom are in need. I have some really nice, worn only once, high fashion dresses/gowns. I paid good money for them and would like to pass them along to girls who could really appreciate it. I'm willing to ship anywhere in the U.S. to donate. Any ideas?
2 AnswersCommunity Service1 decade agoHelp I have a roach issue!?
I live in a small apartment that has always for the most part been kept clean. During the past month I started to notice roaches in my kitchen. I have carpet in all of my apartment and I think that may be part of the problem. I have two small dogs and I don't want to use anything that can be harmful to my pets. I'm planning to go through everything in my apartment and do an extensive deep cleaning... but I don't know where to start as far as setting traps or putting down powder. I defiantly don't have money for an exterminator. Please help!
