So why do you Republicans like paying other people's medical bills so much?

You complain so much about Americans being forced to buy health insurance or else face a fine. You should be celebrating! When the millions of uninsured people in this country go to a hospital or ER, who do you think pays their bills? Us! Obamacare brings an end to this unfairness by forcing these deadbeats to buy their own insurance so we're not forced to pick up their tab any longer. Having 30 million uninsured people hurts EVERYONE and I don't know about you but I'm not that generous. Wake up and stop believing the Republican lies on behalf of insurance companies who make their living off the backs of sick people.

Nearly half of the 30 million uninsured people in the US are illegal immigrants, who won't be covered by Obamacare anyway, and many of the rest can't afford insurance, so their health care insurance will be paid by government subsidies or they'll go on Medicaid (which isn't going to save taxpayers like me any money, Einstein). Of the relatively few who can afford insurance but don't get it, Obamacare only slaps them with a $95 fine (or tax, whatever they're calling it this month). $95 won't cover (m)any ER visits; so who do you think will pick up the tab for the rest?

Thanks to Obamacare, insurance rates are going up for so many people that we may well end up with more uninsured people in the country than before.

Actually, I would rather believe in the truth of what companies are doing. They are dumping their health care plans and throwing people on to the Government exchanges. There is a strong believe that within the next 10 years most company backed plans will be moved to these Government exchanges. Also, with these exchanges, the Federal Government will have a non-elected board dictating who can get what care.

Finally, even on DemocracyNOW there are experts saying that those that make too much to get any subsidies will find the health care insurance will be a burden on them and with co-pays and deductibles it will not solve anything.

It does?! Then explain why we were told we need BFD O'Bamacare to insure the 20 million who don't,have insurance but a CBO report says that when BFD O'Bamacare is fully implemented there will be 30 million not insured!

if you think that is what Obama care is all about then you need to think again, it doesn't take over 10 thousand pages just to say what you just said, so there is more to it, which is what the problem is
