My father is aged 64 and left smoking. 6 month back and for last one and half month suffering from fever?

My father is aged 64 and left smoking. 6 month back and for last one and half month suffering from fever below 101 f and breathlessness and lost weight around 24 kgs he was suggested doxobid 400 mg (Doxofylline) and foracort 400 inhaler but he was not having any releaf. now he is advised to take Bromhexine hcl tablets I.p., salbutomal sulphate ,chlorpheniramine maleate tablet 4mg ,roxythromycin 300

Are any of the medicine are steroid

Is is proper medication
