Blood in my urin but no pain?

I have noticed this twice, the first time there was little blood, but the second time they was a far bit, I feel no pain, its only happen twice (as far as Im aware I dont really pay attention to my pee colour, and it only happens after I have long hard shifts are work (Im a dish washer), I have tryed looking up what it might be but I can come up with anything significant any help?

    As it shouldn't be there it's time to see your doctor about it

    This could be cause of synthetic colours in food or kidney infection/ damage

    Have balanced diet and see a doctor

    sounds like an infection. If I peed blood id defiantly go to the doctor.

    If u r an old guy,it may be due to bladder cancer (most probable cause of painless hematuria in elderly).

    Or it may be kidney stone.

    Or may be urinary tract infection.

    Or may be its not blood,some drugs and adulterants impart red color to urine.
