....because insurers weren't charging more for smoker to begin with.... they are not going to add 50% on top of what they are already charging smokers, so really what's the question?
Insurance was already charging more for smokers, this hasn't changed, at best it limits the amount they can charge extra (which would be a good thing for smokers).

WOW, that is a decrease of 25% from what the insurers were charging smokers like me!

If the Democrats have their way, you will be charged more if you don't fit what they think is the best weight and don't live the lifestyle they choose. They of course will be exempt from these up charges but everyone else will be held to this.
