my son swallow a small Ludo dice by mistake what should i do? he is just 3 and a half years old?

Update:

he seems to be normal,not complaining of any pain and has eaten two bananas any precautions to be taken

    You don't know if it will cause any problems so I suggest you go to the doctors to get your son checked out.

    try biting him loudly on his neck... if he cnt bear d pain, take him immediately to hospital before he chokes. n make ur house baby proof dr... tc
