No, don't do it. Have you seen how Eli and Victor have been playing? Tom Brady will get back on track now that Gronk is back. And Vernon Davis will be Vernon Davis. Keep your stars.

Whether or not you take that should depend on your ability to find a better qb. Manning is so interception prone that I wouldn't do it unless I had some more depth at QB or could pick up a better one.
