what does last month's rent really means? is it the last month of the lease agreement? what if it goes month to month?

Ok so heres the story. I purchased a Dog for my daughter this past christmas. I generally was never a animal person because I have allergies but i managed to find a Hypo-Allergenic dog (Bishon Frise) as time progresses I am noticing that we as a family cannot keep up on the dog as much as we like. For example he is behind on his shots, he spends hours a day at home by himself, Not getting as much exercise as he should and not being groomed as much as he should.

My wife has not been working for about a year now and we are starting to fall behind on the bills a lot. I managed for find someone who wants to adopt him and is willing to pay $400 for the the re-homing fee. I told my wife the situation that I think its best we let the dog go to a family where he can be taken care of better. She was outraged! told me I am selfish, how do I explain this this to our daughter, my family are going to yell at me if I get rid of him (keep in mind I paid for the dog)

My question is am I wrong for wanting the dog to go to a better home? am I the one wrong here or is my wife in the right?

I have a 3 month old Bichon Frise. He is a very affectionate dog but what worries me is he's very quiet? I've had him for about a week and I haven't heard him bark not once. He also doesn't like to walk and prefers to sleep half the day. Is this because he's just a puppy or maybe he has to get use to us? I am a first time dog owner so my question may sound silly.

Luck has been really bad as of late and he faces The Titans who gives up very little points to fantasy quarterbacks. McGloin played well the last two games and he faces The Cowboys who gives up a lot of passing yards. McGloin could find himself in a shoot out. Your thoughts?

Im looking to buy a used car and I came across a 2002 Buick Rendezvous. Looks and drives great but im a bit skeptical because to turn on the fan for the A/C or heat there is a switch thats on the end of the dash board that looks like a mechanic installed to turn on the air and the regular switch to turn on thr air does not work. Why would you have to install a different switch in the car? just curious?

Had my car in the shop for a head gasket fix and its been one month and 2 days as of now. He never keeps me updated and the most he has done is take everything apart and he has every part he needs to do the repair. I been promised 5 times that it would be done on a date and then on that day theres another excuse. I paid him half the job up front. Can I have my vehicle towed out of his shop?

I have a 2002 Buick Rendezvous and just recently I been hearing a squeaking noise coming from my front driver side tire. On my way home my suv started to rumble almost like I was driving on a really bumpy road and after going over 40 mph I hear a grinding noise. Could this be a bad wheel bearing?

ok so im driving my car home and apparently my gas gauges are not right cause I go out in the morning to start my car and the car wouldnt start. I went to the gas station wih my canister filled my car up and now it runs. Question is how or why didnt my car shut off while I was driving? after all I ran out of gas so why did it have to sit for 10 hours for my car to realize that?

Does anyone know what the Adjustment Unit is for unemployment? or why would someones case go to them?

Im applying for Unemployment benefits and I was laid off by one job and I quit the other.. In my claim I had to file for both and the job I quit is contesting my benefits... If I lose the case with the job I quit will I still qualify for benefits with the job I got laid off from?
