In my area, I use my local Sam's Club. However, a local "mom and pop" pharmacy may be willing to match their prices--I haven't checked.

Check out http://discountpharmacycards.net/ and go to the "Pharmacy" section. You can print the free card and take it into your closest particpating pharmacy to receive pre-negotiated discounts on your prescription drugs.
The website includes tools that help you find your nearest particpating pharmacy and even estimate your prescription cost using the card, that way you know ahead of time what kind of savings you might actually get!
