Any good books or tutorials for R coding and Rstudio?
I'm a bio major hoping to use R for statistics in Ecology, specifically species distribution models. Any R users out there who know of good tutorials or books for R beginners, specifically for use of R in statistics?
Thanks

If you type in Roger Peng - Computing For Data Analysis you should get videos on programming in R.
Dr. Peng has a course on Coursera, which I think you can enroll in (but I think it is almost over) and get some of the pdf lecture notes (or you can watch the videos on his YouTube channel).
Here is a link to some of his YouTube videos

Some people have suggested these sites:
One book I have used for as a reference for coding is "R Cookbook" by Paul Teetor.
Here it is on Amazon

Here is the link to the Coursera course page for "Computing for Data Analysis" if you are interested in it : https://www.coursera.org/course/compdata

If you are on Facebook, there is also a Facebook group called "R-Cran Fan Club!" which may provide you with some advice with using R.
