5) He also continued usage of the Patriot act...

6)...And called for the NSA to spy on US citizens

7) He acts callous and standoffish towards opponents

8) Despite good intentions, both of their plans have backfired in one way or another

9) CNN and MSNBC aren't afraid to criticize either of them.
