It's like the are monitoring me. Once I move my car from a parking space, the will park their car at that same spot. What does this mean?

it means you're taking their favourite spot even though they dont own it. Or they're just creepy

If they always park in the same spot, which is the one you always occupy, then surely this means you must always park in the same spot also.
Ask yourself why you always park there and you'll have your answer.

It means that they have nothing to do all day but wait for you to leave. and they want that spot. Oh how they want it !!
