What is this? Pls help!?

Hurts when i swallow what is this? I tried cleaning it with a qtips some came out like yellow the rest wont come out what is it?

    Ulcers. Very painful. Stay away from spices and acidy foods.

    It could be ulcers or cysts you should see a doctor
