Is International business a good degree?

In reality, is it high in demand/useful?

The way I see it is business with international countries will always take place, someone must be in charge of it.

Is it a broad degree; Is the degree good enough for more than one type of job?

I see myself working on government level with trade: imports/exports .

Which is better to major in to be eligible for this kind of job? Economics, finance, or international business?

Thanks!

I think Econ is preferable but IB and Finance are also great. Just make sure that you also take one modern language course every semester - even if it is a repeat. By the end of college you ought to be fluent in both spoken and written.

Great languages - Spanish, Portuguese/Brazilian, Hindi, Russian, Mandarin

BTW- fluency in a modern language and a major in finance is great for law enforcement.
