what are you having for dinner tonight?

I had chicken. Seasoned with roasted garlic, rosemary, lemon

White and wild rice.

Zucchini.

Grapes for dessert.

I actually have a whole organic chicken roasting in the oven and will be serving that with ginger glazed carrots and mashed potatos.

Was at Pizza Hut for lunch and ate way too much pizza so going to cut back the rest of the day...

It you know what you are doing and it is a shoulder you may be able to cut it into shoulder chops which could be fried.

I am just going to be having a fillet of fish with mashed potatoes, ,leeks and carrots

Squash soup & tuna salad sandwich. All homemade. Yum!

You know, you could slice what you need and fry it saving the rest for another meal
