If you have lots of credit card debt, but you have no assets, no home and no car, why not go bankrupt?

What is the worst than could happen, if you don't own anything or have any savings?

    That's a very good question! Seems that you just don't have to pay. You can't get water from a stone as the saying goes.

    I agree. They really cannot do anything to you. In 7 -10 years, you're back to normal (Actually is 5-8 depending on your circumstances) and you can rack up damages again :)
