Will interval training on the treadmill give me bigger calves? pls helpppp?
I wanna lose belly fat but im afraid of bulking up my calves. Will my calves get bigger if i do interval training on a treadmill everyday? like 1 min sprint followed by 2 mins light jog and then repeating that cycle for about 5-8 times? also, any other suggestions of a treadmill routine to help me lose belly fat and not build calf muscles would be appreciated.

Exercise such as running or walking will tone your legs so they may appear larger, but unless you do other things such as lifting weights, they will not get much bigger.
What is more important than exercise is your diet, you need to eat healthy to lose weight.

Building calf muscle is really hard so running alot might just define them but wont make them bulk up alot! For loosing belly fat you can go on youtube and look for mike chan he had awesome videos on loosing belly fat fast!

Do crutches? Eat low carb food like veggies and protein, carbohydrate is still important though
