Can I get a Fennekin and a Charmander in Pokemon X and Y?
In Pokemon X and Y, if I pick a Fennekin early on, can I get a Charmander when I am offered later on by Professor Sycamore, and can I not pick the same type?

Yes. You can pick any of the three Kanto starters, but, just one of course. No matter what starter you picked of Generation 6. ^_^
