How long does it take for mail to arrive 60 miles away, during the week?
I mailed a check to someone on Tuesday mid afternoon, 1 o'clock, before the mailman arrives. When will the check arrive to the receiver if they are 60 miles away?
And for all you smart asses out there that are going to say, "oh it's not a good idea to send checks like that", shut up, I know the people.

Well the distance doesn't matter. Basically it goes to a central sorting center then it is sent to the distribution point. If the location 60 miles away is part of the same sort center (and this can happen as small sorting centers were closed and replaced by larger central ones) then it should arrive the next day, otherwise expect 2 days before it arrives.
