Before you have sex with someone, why not be truthful and up front with them first. Like if you have herpes ?

My heart goes out to the young people today who are going out to have sex at 12 and 13 and 14 years old. Do you not have any more respect for your body than that. My the time you are married you will have a couple of kids, and on welfare.

Wow, I never realized that the age a person has sex is the indicator of whether they will have kids young or end up on welfare, I mean, it's 2013, things have changed. I don't think anyone necessarily should be having sex that young, but to be that judgmental shows a general lack of understanding. And assuming that it is this decision that leads to welfare shows even less understanding.

As far as things like Herpes (which isn't related to the second idea) a lot of people just don't know. And sure, some are just embarrassed and never say anything (which is never right), but it should be looked at in perspective. Not telling someone you have HIV or gonorrhea is very wrong. Not telling someone that you have something that 80%+ of the population will come into contact with at some point in their lives isn't quite as bad. People should always be honest, and they should only enter into safe sexual circumstances at appropriate ages, but you know what...things don't always happen as they should, and sometimes being open and understanding of this is better than harsh and judgmental.

I wonder what your question has to do with the content? You asked about herpes and then went on to say young people are having sex too soon. After that there is talk about people being on welfare.

This question is scattered all over the place, and i don't really know what you're getting at.

And yes, it's always a good idea to let someone know if you have an STD
