I need to buy some tools to work on my project vehicles.?

Will a Lincoln Electric Handy Core 115V Flux Cored Welder Kit — 70 Amp Output, tig welder work well on older cars from 60s and later?

Update:

If this isn't a good welder, what would be a good welder that I can use for auto work and keep the budget small, less than $1000 or better?

If you plan on doing a lot of this type of work, you will not be happy with the flux core welder in the long run. Spend the extra money now and buy a Mig welder. You should be able to get a nice one for around $ 700 with the bottle. I have a 110V Miller and it will do just about anything you would want for a home hobbyist.
