So..Who should I sue?

Ok, So yesterday my daughters basketball team lost 42 to 12. She's not actually part of the team, it's just her schools but it left her incredibly depressed. I charged the opposing team with bullying as soon as the game was over. This morning my daughter was so distraught she took a hammer & nails to school & began knocking down the other students & driving nails into their skulls. The police arrived & killed her when she refused to put down the hammer. Now I have to wonder, WHO SHOULD I SUE FIRST? I mean...do I go after the nail manufacturer for not putting a big warning on the box "May cause death if driven into vital organs"? Do I sue Walmart for not keeping such dangerous items in a locked case & allowing anyone to buy them? Should I go after the goverment for not requiring background checks on common household tools? Should I sue the cops for not using non lethal weapons? Is it the schools fault for scheduling the event & not having proper security? They could have stopped all this if they'd have had check points at the fence where they strip searched all the students. At least they suspended that kid who pointed his finger at her & went bang hoping to scare her into not nailing him.

I have very limited funds since I'm only working part time at McDonalds & they keep shifing my schedule so I can't hold down another job. I have to chose who to send the lawyer after carefully, he's expensive. After the first case is won I'll have enough to go after the rest.

Now that I've pointed out the amount of stupidity going on lately by combining several events into one big fiasco ( with surprisingly little actual exageration ) I'll get to the real question.

Why are people being this stupid & not taking personal responsability? What is the world coming to?

That made me laugh. That was awesome. You're right, that's how people are these days. Hard to explain why. I chalk it up under the problems of a society of entitlements. People have such a sense of entitlement and when something bad happens or goes wrong, they just deny any responsibility.

Walmart. One that is most likely to settle. Go for a settlement not a win. They always settle for a reasonable amount if their is any valid to the assucation.

Small Claims court if you want 5k or less. You don't need an attorney and only 25 dollars to file but maximum amount is 5k

If not you have to have an attorney and some serious cash up front.
