what are these bugs i find in my room ?

That is a dermestid beetle larva, aka carpet beetle grub.

They like to eat other dead insects, but aren't picky and will eat all sorts of organic material such as dropped food, animal skin, etc.

If you're from the 1960s, get rid of those rabbit skin decorations.

Could be bed bugs, but you would barely, if at all see them unless using a special light or magnifier.
