Simples, eat less junk, more fresh fruit and greens, drink plenty of water, no fizzy drinks, steam food and cut out salt/ sugar and up the exercise.

Start of with gentle exercise to get your body acclimatised to the new eating habits and fitness regime. At first the weight will drop off but you should feel your clothes getting looser and then as you increase the level of exercises, the body will convert the fat into muscle but it's not instant and takes time.

Keep at it and you will feel the difference xxx

Have you been looking to incorporate 50lbs to your bench? Think about in 10 days? That is what you will get with this particular easy lockout program https://tr.im/JaoBQ

The Critical Bench program is indeed remarkable that a great amount of baseball instructors around the nation embrace this kind of instruction for their athletes.

This system is not just applied to simply help raise the benchpress but different compound lifts also, like the squat and deadlift.

The number one resource I found online that teaches how to gain muscles (pounds of muscles!) and shred your body fat is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=552.

it's the only one program that worked for me (and still working)

    I hope it helps

Not a good idea - a 15 stone slab of pure muscle would be useless, and dead!

Lyle mcdonald answers this question beautifully and this can show you how affective your goal will be.

In short id give up attempting that idea.
