Please help!! This is super important!!?
So I'm 14 and I started my period when I was 11. The first year was perfectly normal. But literally the day I turned 12 I had my period. It was 9 days long and twice as heavy as normal. Then a week after it ended I had another equally horrible period, but with TERRIBLE PMS. Ever since then it's been period, 2-7days off, PMS, period, 2-7 days off, period. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Precocious (early) prima-menstra almost always results in unpredictable biological adjustments during the typical onset years -- which happens to be your current age. Your hormones and Growth chorionics are negotiating in order to find a balance for you. Don't worry too much. This is temporary, and will be followed with regularity. In the meantime, be prepared for unexpected periods and maintain a healthy diet which includes Iron -- otherwise Iron Supplements; and, do not be the hero and donate blood with the Red Cross. Your body is learning how to dismiss (then) remanufacture red blood cells

Okay, first off, it is not the end of the world to have goofy periods. Plenty of girls do. However, having only a week off at most between periods is god awful and is obviously taking a toll on you. The PMS is probably making you irritable and bloated and can give you headaches as well.
Does your mom know about this menstrual craziness? If you and Mom are close, have her take you to an ob/gynie doc. Choose a lady doc if you feel more comfortable. I know I do. Anyhow, if you can't take mom, take an older sister or even go yourself if you have to.
There are meds you can take to regulate this, and she can discuss your options. Obviously this is not working out for you.

only 2-7 days in between? this is absolutely abnormal and might indicate a hormonal imbalance.
I know girls at your age can have irregular periods, but your case is completely off balance.
Have you been to a doctor for this issue?

My periods were really heavy when I first started (13) and then they were like a few days when I was in high school til my early twenties. Now that I'm in my late twenties, my periods are longer and more painful... I think it's your body changing. If you are really worried, talk to your doc. Hope I helped!
