I'm 14 and paranoid, depression and anxiety rule my life. I have 5-10 anxiety attacks per day. But at school it's in the higher range. I'm always bullied because of my panic attacks. I was wondering how to help stop them. Like meds and other stuff like "deep breathing"(which doesn't work).

Please help. I'm usually a straight a student but since the onset of these anxiety attacks I have all c's.

I can't afford to go to the doctor so I was wondering if there are any over the counter meds that I could take to keep me from overthinking. I don't mind melatonin and stuff to make me sleep but I also need something for during the day. I can't focus on anything, but my brain is going a million miles an hour and it's affecting my school work.

Please help me.

I had about 70 ibuprofen in a bottle and my teen daughter swallowed them all!!!! Will it kill her?!?! I already called poison control.

I'm turning 14 in March and I'm inviting all three of my friends over to my house. I live in a really small town in Texas and we have a lot of land to have activities and stuff. I'm a country girl, any one who says I'm not's going to end up diggin' their own grave. Any ways, I can't come up with what we should do. Suggestions?

My parents (who never got married) are fighting a lot. My mom has custody of me, but I want to live with my dad. She keeps ruining the weekends that I have with my dad(I get to see my dad every other weekend and for 3hours on Wednesdays) by griping at him about money. I hate it. I tell her to stop. I threaten to move in with my dad, but she doesn't care. She keeps ruining mine and my dad's weekends, and I always end up crying. She gripes about him not following the court orders by bringing me home at 9 pm on Sunday instead of 6 pm, but she doesn't follow the orders (she's supposed to pick me up from my dad's house but since they live an hour apart she refuses so my dad spends $30 on gas every Wednesday, and every other weekend) she keeps calling him a shitty father even though he's a better parent than she is.

1. How does my dad get court ordered custody?

2. How do I convince my mom to follow court orders?

3. How do I tell my mom lightly that I want to live with my dad?

I'm 13 and I started my period in April. Ever since then I've been getting my period every two weeks. It's always extremely heavy and unpredictable. I'm going to the gyno next week and I'm super nervous.

Then a week after it ended I had another equally horrible period, but with TERRIBLE PMS. Ever since then it's been period, 2-7days off, PMS, period, 2-7 days off, period. Etc. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Is this normal? I talked to the school nurse and she said that I should go to the gynecologist but I've never been... Should I go? What's going to happen? Please help I'm like freaking out.

So I found out that she's been calling me fat, lazy, and ugly.

A. My weight is proportionate to my height. She weighs slightly less than me but is at least 4" shorter than me.

B. In athletics I really do try. She's the one that's always telling the coach that she "hurt her knee" just to get out of running.

C. Well.... She's not completely wrong... But you still shouldn't say stuff like that about your best friend.

I found out who she'd been talking to and apparently it's been going on for at least a year! I can't confront her with out crying, wanting to stab her in the face, wanting to kill myself, etc.

After I found out I got really depressed and started considering killing myself. But obviously I didn't.

When I found out I confronted her and she "apologized" with an EXTREMELY sarcastic "sorry". And we never spoke again.

Every time I think about it I cry because we were best friends for 8 years. Literally 2/3 of our lives.

So how do I cope with it?

My idea is a windless windmill; I built a windmill last year, so I was looking to re-use it. I was going to compare the normal windmill to a windmill with no wind, but using centrifugal force.
