Overthinking and depression?

I'm 14 an I overthink everything. Needless to say my self esteem is in the garbage. I have terrible depression. I can't afford to go to the doctor so I was wondering if there are any over the counter meds that I could take to keep me from overthinking. I don't mind melatonin and stuff to make me sleep but I also need something for during the day. I can't focus on anything, but my brain is going a million miles an hour and it's affecting my school work.

Please help me.

Thanks

    1. Over-thinking should be stopped. Because over-thinking may sometime lead to a fresh problem, which we have never faced during our previous life. It becomes difficult to find a proper solution.

    2. For your depression, pl. take some concrete steps in right direction immediately without fail. Consult a professionally qualified psychiatrist and take proper and regular treatment, until you recover fully.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. It seems like you are going through a tough time right now. You should tell your parents how you are feeling. I also encourage you to tell your school counselor. That is why they are there, to help. Never take any medication not prescribed or recommended by a professional. Good luck!

You can go to your health department in your area. They usually treat people who have no insurance and can't pay. Instead of worrying try to be positive and fine things to do. Talk with one of the school counselors if need be.
