Science fair ideas? Opinions?

I'm AWESOME at science fair, last I missed going to state by 1 point. 
My idea is a windless windmill; I built a windmill last year, so I was looking to re-use it. I was going to compare the normal windmill to a windmill with no wind, but using centrifugal force. 
Ideas?

From this description, it sounds like your local schools have a low standard for science fair, or don't teach science. Actually sound like you have the making of a good project. Make sure you do research on world use. Also make sure design a good research plan to test the two. Good luck

Hmmm; I have never heard of using centrifugal force to make a windmill turn (if I understood you correctly).
