Why don't most witches have babies?

Because most witches have a large amount of mana flowing in, out, and throughout their physical forms. If a witch became pregnant, the mana would overwhelm the foetus, which could result in miscarriage or other birth complications for both the witch and the child. A lot of witches are aware of this and choose not to have children for this very reason.

It is possible for a witch to have a baby if she can refrain from using witchcraft or any other form of mana manipulation during pregnancy, but perfecting mana regulation is very advanced, even for senior witches. However, if they do succeed in having a healthy baby, that baby will have latent magical potential and be able to boast superior mana control if he or she undergoes the proper training.

Source(s): I got expelled from witch school for trying to use magic to induce drug effects, but I was a diligent student for the time I was there, so I know my stuff.

Many of the practicing witches I know are parents.

From where are you gathering your information to make you think this claim is true? How many witches do you actually know?

Aandeg-Maiingan, congrats on the coming new addition to your family!

*All* witches I know have babies.

Edit: Yes, the number of witches I actually know is zero,

but all of these zero witches have babies.
