Why did God change his mind about creating man?

In Genesis, leading up to the Flood, He regrets that He made man. Didn't He already know all this was going to happen before it did? How do you regret something you purposed ahead of time?

Regret is not a change of mind, it is just that the sins of the antediluvians were so great, that the world was filled with violence and that their minds were evil continually and the whole world was corrupted must have made God very sad. Like bad children can make ANY parent feel

Well only God can fully answer that one kid!!!

But I guess God didn't plan for that to happen adam made that decision!!

And it says he Grieved not regretted!!

    Grieve is different than regret.

No doubt your Mom or Dad often were grieved by having a child to take care of for years, but doubt they ever regretted it.

You dont need to stress over something like this!!

If you are a christian and believe god belongs in your heart, you will one day go to heaven and have the chance to ask him there!!

God doesn't know what people will decide before they are created, however, because He exists outside of time He sees the totality of their lives all at once.

The problem here is that God does not think like a man - nor can man think like God
