I worry about my heart constantly?
I'm 22 yr old male and I always worry about my heart I have a health anxiety I'm always checking my pulse always thinking I have chest pains but really I don't and I get palpitations so that just makes it all worse my symptoms got worse after reading Google.

Simple answer, stay off Google. See a real doctoe for your concerns. Plus palpitations are normal and benign almost always so relax.
