is it good that my palpitations have almost went away?

I used to get skipped beats all day every day but now I only get them when lifting things and with mild exertion but never during exercise only in the warm up phase.

    Its a really good sign that your palpitations are leas common, as for why you get them with exertion is anybody's guess but its common to get them with exertion and harmless just as long as your not fainting or getting dizzy.
