Do you have a good homemade clay recipe?
Christmas is coming and I would like to make tree ornaments with my toddler for the family. The basic salt, flour and water recipe I find it cracks a lot as it dries. Was wondering if any parents out there had a good recipe they would like to share? Thanks!

Cinnamon Applesauce Ornaments
1 cup ground cinnamon
1 cup applesauce
1/4 cup white school glue (Elmer's® works very well)

I cheated. I bought sculpey clay then imprinted, baked and spray painted them. 3 years later they're still perfect except the spray paint melted to the newspaper they were wrapped in and won't come off.
