What are good things to get from India?
My dad is leaving the states to for a business trip in India, while he's there he will be visiting his family too. Its been forever since I've been to India, and so nothing comes to mind, when deciding on what to get from India. Any suggestions?
Of course clothing is something I can get, but then they would need exact measurements and such. Winter is coming, so I may get fatter, so no use getting that.
Anyways, any suggestions on items I can get from there?
I was thinking of course some foods, maybe some sweets, Ladoo, etc. But I want something physical.
My dad is visiting Kanpur and Delhi for one night each.'
To anyone who's going to answer, I just need ideas. I don't want this trip to bring no benefit to me. lol.

you are coming to delhi, right? don't miss to in to delhi haat, ina and delhi haat, pitampura. if you come to delhi around 14 or 15 november, don't ever miss to go to pragati maidan, for the india international trade fair, which starts every year on 14th and does on 27th november. there items from each and every state of india are kept on a display. its fantastic, believe me.
