I'm asking because my landlord charged me $126 for door and parts, and about $226 for labor!! Listed is 2 hours of inspection and 4 hours of installation, which I think are ridiculous, especially if the task is done by 2 maintenance professionals.

Its obviously possible to pair a laptop to a smartphone to transfer files.But can that smartphone act like an audio device.... so that you can stream music from a laptop to the phone. And the phone outputs the sound?

My best friend today said you have a narcissist personality. I didn't take it to heart since I didn't know what it meant, but now I know. The conversation took over text, so its easier to take the hit and easier to be open. But anyways, I'm not offended at all. I don't quite 100% believe it, but I do think I have 95% of the qualities that define a narcissist.

I'm fortunate enough, that I asked my friend about their opinion on me, since apparently I give my opinion on everything without being asked. They said its "so rude and immature." "I have love for you, but its uncalled for and borderline retarded sometimes." No offense taken.

They also said that, if you don't figure this out soon, you will not be "living." There is so much to be embraced on this planet but you won't be able to until you become open-minded and make a reason for why people love you for who you are, not who you proclaim to be.

Anyways, I ask for any source of Self-Help Books, CDs or Tapes that I can read or listen, so I can fix this!

I'm just curious. I have a EDM junkie friend that collects Bassnectar, Griz, Pretty Lights, etc pins.... But I'm unsure what the real purpose are for those... Like do most people wear them at concerts and festivals or do they just collect and/or resell them.

Matte sunglasses apparently leave less of an oily fingerprint on them

Shiny plastic sunglasses apparently tend to look cheap and doesn't respond well to camera flashes.

I have also seen some people write that Matte sunglasses aren't that good to wear in sunlight, and over time tend to snap/break quicker than the shiny plastic sunglasses.

Now of course, a lot may matter on the brand, but just want to get your opinion on which one is more preferable.

I have recently mentally committed to working out again. Its probably been a good 3-4 months since I did any routinely exercises, and so me coming back is a big deal for my body.

Alright. So my goal is to mainly lose torso fat. I've got the infamous "beer belly" and what seems to be the beginning on "man-****" and its time for it to go away.

The workouts I have at home are Shaun T's: Insanity (original) and Focus T25 workouts.

I'm thinking about focusing on the Focus T25 workout, but substituting some Insanity workouts where applicable.

EQUIPMENT I HAVE:

- 1 adjustable Dumbbell

- 1 adjustable Barbell

- 1 2-inch thick yoga matt

- a treadmill

- a resistance band

- 2 sets of: 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 pound weights that attach to the dumbbell/barbell

- 1 straight pull-bar

Now with the equipment I have, what can I do to blast away abdomen fat the best way possible?

What I was thinking was, do the Focus T25 routine regularly, but:

- On ab days, ad in a 5 or 10 lb weight in with my exercise (after like a week or two)

- Use the treadmill in intervals or one long 45 minute - 1 hour runs in substitution of Cardio days

- For ab exercises, use Yoga mats for the first 2 weeks and then try it on plain ground

- Resistance band warm ups and cool downs

- Start lifting weights when I feel Focus T25 is getting easier

- Use the pull up bar in sets of (5, 10, 15) 2 times a week or so.

Idk though. What would be most efficient and a plan I should stick to, to lose fat strictly.

I want to fit in my clothes better. I don't want a new wardrobe, just yet.

The second thing I'm questionable about, is eating right.

"You are what you eat."

And so what would be a good diet plan for me? My family is vegetarian, so I prefer that. But I do eat some meats like Chicken and Beef.

Help me out.

I also use Cytosport 100% WHEY Vanilla Protein, which is pretty effective from previous use. But I also need other meal replacements. Perhaps some smoothies, some almonds (nuts), fruits, and oatmeal.

Hi I'm a student who's 23 years old. Hats are pretty popular and with Snapbacks at their peaks everyone seems to have one.

I have a few, but I'm tired of only having only team-affiliated hats. I'd like to have something in the HUF style or snapback style that doesn't represent a team. Something for the everyday, casual wear.

I used to use Pinnacle Studio. But I don't have it anymore.

After doing some Googling, I think my salty taste in my mouth is due to dehydration. I could believe that, because I never seem to drink the recommended glasses of water a day...

I'm curious first, foods or drinks may have caused this?

And second, how much water should I be drinking to get this horrible taste out of my mouth?

So, 2 nights ago, on November 13th, I had like 2 shots of New Amsterdam Vodka, and 2 Miller Light beer bottles and 1 Hieniken.

I understand, that that may be the sole reason for my dehydration because it makes you urinate, therefore depleting my body's water.

Anyways so yesterday, Nov 14th, when I woke up, I tasted a mild salty taste. But at that moment, since it was the first time I tasted such a thing, naturally, I couldn't describe the taste.

As the day went on, I realized around like 8pm, that what I was tasting was "salty", and that's when I finally Googled it and discovered this.

By the way, Between Nov 13 and 15th....Nov 13th at night, I had those drinks listed above. On Nov 14, I had probably like 2 small cups of Coca-Cola, and about 2.5 glasses of water.... and Nov 15 so far, I've had 1.5 glasses of water...

So since some time has been lost between Nov 13th and 15th.... now I'm about a day behind on drinking water to cure myself,

1) My question is, how much water should I be drinking?

My daily habits, I usually range somewhere between 2-4 glasses a day.

Should I double the dosage?

2) And second, do these things take time? Like a few days? Because the taste has seemed to gotten stronger, since I realized it tasted salty....and I just hope it doesn't get stronger and stronger as the days go by.

I'm recently sobering up from daily marijuana usage.

Till now, I've been sober for 2.5 weeks. Feels good indeed, much more energy and I have a better sleep pattern.

Anyways, throughout the years I've gained a bunch of fat, mainly from my uncontrollable "munchies" and now its time to burn it all away.

My stats:

Height: 5 ft, 7.5 inches tall

Weight: fluctuates between 162 lbs and 168 lbs

Age: 23

I eat meat and veggies, but my family is vegetarian, so the only food available in my house is vegetarian food. On top of that I'm Indian,

I'm a selective meat eater, since I grew up vegetarian. I only like chicken, some pork and some beef.

Having said that, I need an Indian (Vegetarian) fitness expert who can advise me on the types or specific foods I should be eating to help assist my fat burn.

I can't eat meat or fish like most fitness trainers recommend daily, so I'm using Yahoo! Answers as a medium to help guide my eating and dieting.

If you're not Indian, that's okay, can you at least suggest proper fruits/veggies/nuts, etc and a good exercise routine. And I will work around that.

Please help me out, I'm committed to work hard. I just need an absolute fat-blaster exercise routine. And I will follow. Youtube links or video references and articles will also be helpful.

P.S. I know there are "fat burners" out there that will yield results, but they aren't tested to see what happens in the long run, so I want to avoid that option.
