What happens when an atheists son or daughter becomes a believer of God?
I know what happens when a believer's kids go atheist. They are sad, ask for prayer & are genuinely worried. But what happens whets the other way around? If atheist parents don't go for God then I imagine they just think their kid is stupid or going through a phase if they believe & they are not sad about it.
Ok before I get told how stupid I am, remember kids are rebellious, so it's possible.

You can't control what your kids believe or think. I'd hope they didn't fall for the type of religion that consigns their loved ones to eternal torment and compels them to become cruel bigoted assh0les, endlessly trying to convert us. That would make me sad. I'd blame my own parenting. Other kinder types of religion, I wouldn't care.

You should let your children believe in whatever they want. If they are free thinkers like you then maybe they will decide to not follow religion

I don`t see where believing that there is something besides a boneyard waiting at the end of the day is a problem. :)
