depends on your state each state has its own registration laws but you can go to www.fvap.gov and there are links to each state and voter registration rules and applications it will answer all your voter and registration questions.

You will be able to vote in most States. You just have to turn in your voter registration before the deadline and I would do it in person. I remember at my one High School they would hand out voter registration to all of the Seniors who would be eligible to vote in the November elections so they can do this. I live in Ohio, but I am sure that all States have rules in place to handle this. I would wait until the Summer of 2016 to take care of this though.

Yes. If you turn 18 on or before election day, you can technically vote. The harder part is actually registering to vote. In my state, you can register 2 months before you turn 18 if you'll be 18 on or before election day. Fortunately you have plenty of time to check the registration requirements in your state.

If you turn 18 that day you will as long as you register in advance with a card active on that day, when you turn 18. Vote Republican.

Doubtful. You must be 18 to vote and be a registered voter to vote, and you can't register in my many states unless you are 18. You MIGHTTTTT, be able to register early in some states.....it varies from state to state .

You would have to ask the DMV Voter Registration that question.
