I'm not sure. That's regular espionage, not terrorism.

"Terrorist" has a rather specific meaning. It is not a generic synonym for "bad guy."

If you see someone walking down the street in a long white robe, sporting a full-grown beard, yelling "Allahu Akbar!", you can pretty well figure it out. Seriously, I believe there are people in charge of the country who are undermining it as rapidly as possible, giving aid to the enemy, blocking the public from having adequate and accurate information, and setting us up for a huge fall. Not mentioning any names, of course, but the address of one of these persons is 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

I don't agree with the usage of the word "terrorists" when describing these individuals, as it dilutes the specific savagery the the term should convey.

That said, it's still very concerning and should put us all on alert as to what our government can and will do under the banner of "security".

According to all Democrats, "terrorist" exactly equals "person not opposed to the Constitutional American rule of law."
