Steamer vs nebulizer?
Is nebulizer a better device to take plain water steam in controlled manner for congestion of nose as compared to sit with hot water in steam tent made by large towel or cloth etc?
Some one said take steam to treat alergy on weather change or dry winter or sinus treatment in case of polution, dry weather etc.

I think a nebulizer is a little safer (no possibility of the hot water spilling or the cloth falling in the water or touching the heat source.), but if you are just using plain water, then I think they have the same effect. Christine
