Why is my microsoft office 2010 all the sudden asking for the product key? It has been loaded for 2 years now.?

I bought Microsoft office 2010 brand new. Loaded it, put the key in and all that. Now after all this time it is not working and asking for my product key. Why would it do this?

    It has most likely ran out from your two year membership. You will need to buy a new product key.
