No. You're young and healthy. Stress, anxiety can cause physical symptoms but you don't have heart problems.

sounds like anxiety. but who knows? you don't have a job i suppose, because you would otherwise have health insurance (or a job that pays well enough to have it).
if you want to feel more assured that you aren't going to keel over in a day or so, i'd start getting back in shape. do a little resistance training, but mainly cardio stuff. start slowly. measure your resting heart rate when you wake up, and then your final heart rate when you finish your routines. compare them, and pay attention to the sound and feel of what's going on around your heart as you do the exercises.
my suspicion is that you have somehow become over-preoccupied with it and need to learn to let go of your worries with your heart. and the best way to do that is to become intimately familiar with your heart as it becomes more healthy. also! eat healthy. maybe that simply means cutting down to only allowing yourself junkfood one day in a week and eating meals heavy in veggies and lean meats on the other days. take control of your worry, but start slow, so you can tell how you're doing every step of the way

Most people have irregular heartbeats at times ... this can be normal.
Get more aerobic exercise every day and make most of your diet vegetables and fruit.
Sometimes irregular heartbeats are serious but you are young.
