SO I READY TO QUIT IVE HIT THE GYM EVERY OTHER DAY FOR FULL BODY WEIGHTS FOR 6MTHS NOW, HOW DO I STOP USING ALL AT ONCE OR JUST SLOW OFF OF IT, WILL I LOSE MUSCLE EVEN IF I KEEP UP MY WEIGHT TRAINING LIKE I HAVE BEEN?????
