I ate bred that probably had bits of green mold on it?

Is it dangerous? Should I consider seeing a physician tomorrow?

I ate some of the bred this morning and all of what I ate then looked well and very clean. I checked closely because its expiration date was yesterday and I'm usually quite careful about this. However, I didn't think it would go bad until tonight and ate almost an entire slice before I discovered a lightgreen patch on another one. I didn't see it before since the room was rather dark and the green isn't a very strong color - it looks more like a shadow, the bred underneath is still clearly visible and although there are several sports they are quite small... nevertheless, I'm quite worried now because I'm usually very careful with these things, especially as far as bred is concerned.
