i have a lot of rashes on my leg?

I have a lot of rashes on my leg and im wondering should i be worried? im 13

    If you see any rash which is circular - like a bull's eye, you should be soon by a physician today.

    There could be many causes for a rash around the legs. If you are concerned, it would not be a bad idea to have a nurse or doctor have a look.
