1.they dont have any performance difference(Almost Negligible).Only Differences are Temperatures and Power Consuming and sound made By GPU,Different Companies use their own coolers
2.what's the point of buying a Too Pricy Card When You have a Good card at a low price
i Recommend you to Buy a Nvidia GTX 760

Just get the cheapest one or the one you like the best in terms of looks. No appreciable difference. Maybe max 1 frame difference
