I don't think it speaks about it at all.

But God is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent and he has not told us everything.

There may be special circumstances where God allows a person to return to accomplish some work according to the will of God. Jesus said that John the baptist was the elijah who was to come. But i am pretty sure that a person would need to get past the judgment first and the only way past that is through faith in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. So,?

many people who believe and teach from the bible do not believe in reincarnation. even though there were wicked men in the bible that believed in reincarnation, consider what they believed and how easily proven false those beliefs were.

one man said jesus was the reincarnation of John the baptist. there is no way that superstitious belief could be true, because both jesus and john lived and breathed at the same time. and today, have you not heard the stories of entire wards in the hospital where men believe they are the reincarnation of Napoleon !

Jesus taught us clearly that those who do God's will on earth will be reborn as spirit persons in God's kingdom and live there eternally. Others perish. Where is the room for reincarnation in the teaching of Jesus? If you reject the teaching of Jesus, what you have is a false Church.

Those verses have nothing to do with reincarnation. In fact, they're all saying that nonbelievers "return to the ground," and that "the dead know nothing." It's the complete opposite of reincarnation.

Only in a very specific way, during the events depicted in Revelation.

I will read your references and get back to you...

edit: All of your referenced Scripture is OT, nothing from the NT. It paints an incomplete picture, and thus I accuse you of Cherry Picking (CP).

A big fat NO. Please, quote the full context of the passages you want everyone to meditate on, not just one line Did you know that there are 15 scripture passages that say 'there is no God'. example:- The fool has said in his heart ' There is no God'.

Resurrection would be a more accurate term than reincarnation.
