Lower abdomen subtle and bareable aches?

2 days ago I had the worst bloating agonizing pain where I couldn't move without screaming it was in the lower abdomen ever I figured it was nothing and after 2 paracetamol it died away. Yesterday I was fine right as rain. Today I'm randomly getting a very weak and bare able version of the other days pain. I'm not taking no painkillers cause it's fine and feels like bloating down there.I have normal to runny bowel movements. No pain and no difference in that department to be honest. I don't like doctors cause everyone I go It he's nothing. Could this be nothing too?

i completly agree with american hindu... such cases do not reveal until its severe..

I agree with the OP, that you should make sure that you don't have a more serious problem, such as appendicitis because some types of abdominal pain signal a potentially fatal problem.

If you are sure the problem is not a serious medical one, you may just need to defecate. Alternatively, you may be having a problem with IBS. You can read more about IBS and how to cure it at home on the link below.

If you just need to have a bowel movement, try the following homemade laxatives:
1) apple juice
2) brown rice
3) warm drinks, such as hot tea, warm prune juice, etc.
4) coffee or milk

You better go. If this lower abdominal pain is on the right, it VERY MUCH COULD BE APPENDICITIS! Get to a dr. right away. You could die if that thing explodes.

Yes, I have heard stories where drs kept telling their patients that nothing had shown up on MRIs, CT scans, and x-rays. If it hurts, tell them! Usually it requires multiple opinions until a dr. is willing to help you. Sometimes it does not show up, until it is too late. Most cases of appendicitis were caught just before the thing explodes and becomes a life threatening situation.
