Is this a good workout routine?

I want to build muscle but i also want to improve my stamina, ive heard that cardio decreases muscle is this true? I am actually a weak person now but i hope to get stronger

my routine:

about 7 mins of running about 1 mile

then i do about 30 curls on each hand( 1 10lb bell on each hand)

after that i do some pec workouts and then do about 10 pushups i really cant do more

after that i do about 30 situps,

and then i comeback and do like 15 more curls

and then im done

after that i just drink a protein shake

i would like to do some leg workouts if anyone has any ideas on one without using gym equipment.

and yes, i do stretch.

its only been 2 weeks since ive been doing this and so far i have seen very little results but ive heard muscle builds slowly.

if you have any ideas please share it.

    you need to weight train each muscle group once a week

    40-60 mins

    an do 3-4 sets an exercise

    3 different exercises a muscle

    4 sets each

    and do cardio after workouts not before
