does the snapchat selfdestruct timer start right after the sender sends it or does it start when the viewer opens up the image

I want to build muscle but i also want to improve my stamina, ive heard that cardio decreases muscle is this true? I am actually a weak person now but i hope to get stronger

my routine:

about 7 mins of running about 1 mile

then i do about 30 curls on each hand( 1 10lb bell on each hand)

after that i do some pec workouts and then do about 10 pushups i really cant do more

after that i do about 30 situps,

and then i comeback and do like 15 more curls

and then im done

after that i just drink a protein shake

i would like to do some leg workouts if anyone has any ideas on one without using gym equipment.

and yes, i do stretch.

its only been 2 weeks since ive been doing this and so far i have seen very little results but ive heard muscle builds slowly.

if you have any ideas please share it.

my friend told me to try this game he made im not sure how to run it on my computer, he gave me the files .settings, animation, bin, src, .classpath, .project. I do have Eclipse and BlueJ installed. Im not sure if i need something like that

i dont have my ap# with me so i cant cancel or send my score to colleges. i was supposed to check my score 3 weeks ago and i havent checked them yet. if i leave them unattended do they get sent to the colleges or do they get cancelled. i really dont want them sent. i cant see my ap number that i use to check my scores for 3 more weeks. plz help!

I know i am not fit , i have been running on the treadmill since the past week to see if that helps, i am not fat i am actually underweight i weigh only 100 pounds and i am 16 years old. the treadmill is the best workout i can get where i live

i am currently in high school and i am just an average student, my average grade on every thing is around 86/100 in school. I am taking tons of ap courses with average scores on the exams. i have not taken the SAT yet but i have taken the PSAT and passed it.

B.T.W will this affect anything i live in the US but i am an indian citizen

i am taking a AP computer science exam next week and i am very stressed out, i do not think i will do good on this exam. i heard that you can cancel your score ,but will colleges like that i atleast tried. i will probably get a 1 or 2 out of 5 on this exam. will colleges lose interest in me if they see my bad score.

I have already beat all the missions in the regular game. The only mods i can find are like vehicles mods or maps. i cannot find one that puts a whole new story into the game

it seems like every EA game has a lot of bugs.

for ex-

FIFA 13-it had the editing teams and players feature which was really annoying, they could have atleast set an option where you can only play with people who havent messed with team stats.Im tired of playing against messi and ronaldo every match. there was a lot of bugs in career mode. The best thing about this game is the music and sound track which were really good.

Sims 3-Build mode was really buggy, characters did not do much without a lot of player interface which is really annoying when you have a big household. But again like any EA game it had a Great soundtrack and great music.

SimCity- Too many bugs to type out, cannot play without internet which gets annoying cause i like to play on the go like in cars and RV's,but like the previous games it had a great sound track.

Theres alot of other EA games i want to mention too but theres a lot of them.

Overall EA games have the best Music/Audio/Sound department but it seems like the gameplay programmers get a bit lazy

i have never seen puppies and dismembered heads on the same website before. and why is half of Reddit's population atheist. Reddit gives you a feel that when you get on it it feels like home away from home
